About us
Cascading Services, Ltd. is a Christian Church and Ministry that provides needed services to assist orphans, widows, and others who are underserved in our local community and beyond.
Our mission is to cascade the love of God through our services and support. We offer a range of services including weddings, funerals, tutoring, financial and food aid, and spiritual support to those in need.
Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about serving the community and sharing the love of God. We believe that we can make a difference by working together and supporting each other in our mission.

Rev. Michael Laperche
Pastor Mike is a community leader in the Tampa Bay area supporting widows and orphans, caring for the homeless and hungry, and ensuring safe places for children and youth to gather, grow, and recreate. Prior to leading Cascading Services, Pastor Mike pastored Christ Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Brandon Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), The Journey Church, the Salvation Army and Christ Church Lutz.
Rev. Mike has over 25 years of hands-on ministry experience working in support of ministries and organizations including Christian Social Services, Care Pregnancy Centers, Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venture Crew, American Heritage Girls, and Church Women United’s “Clothes Closet”.
Pastor Mike has formed non-profit organizations, obtained financial support, conducted building campaigns, and partnered with numerous for-profit, non-profit, and government agencies in efforts to support the underserved in our communities.
